Get up !

Many studies prove that being seated badly affect life expectancy.

We obviously heard a lot about cigarets, alcohol, unhealthy food and so on but this new statement is not easy to go along with because most of people are seating down more than 8 hours per day!
At work + at home = all the day

Indeed it is unfortunetly complicated to be seated less than 8 hours a day... In class for instance it is not conceivable to walk every 10 minutes, and during meeting... could you imagine? Organizing standing meeting will predictably enough not become customs this few next years.

Nevertheless according to Le Figaro, L'Express, Wall Street Journal, and New York Times, we could gain time to live longer : 2 years more by restricting being seated less than 3 hours a day.

So, get up!
